6. Data Plans and Third-Party Services

MyDataPilot may help you discover, compare, understand, or evaluate mobile data options.

Any actual mobile-data service is provided by the relevant telecommunications provider. MyDataPilot does not control the provider's network, coverage, pricing, plan availability, service quality, speed, or terms.

If you purchase a third-party service through a supported feature, the transaction may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and conditions.

7. Payments and Purchases

Where MyDataPilot provides purchasing functionality, payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider.

Transactions may therefore be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, policies, fees, processing rules, and availability.

We do not guarantee the availability of a particular payment method, mobile network, data plan, promotion, transaction outcome, or third-party service.

If a transaction fails, is delayed, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise affected by a third-party provider, the relevant provider's policies may apply.
